On August 20, the filing of documents for the provision of subsidies from the federal budget to organizations to compensate for part of the costs associated with the certification of products in foreign markets starts. The corresponding order was issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. The selection of applications will last one month.
The updated mechanism of state support is regulated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 30, 2021 No. 687 "On state support of organizations to compensate for part of the costs associated with the certification of products, including the pharmaceutical and medical industry, in foreign markets."
The main difference between the new mechanism for supporting exporters, in addition to expanding the list of supported industries, is compensation not only for mandatory certification, but also for voluntary certification.
In 2021, the budget provides 540 million rubles for this support measure. For 2022 and 2023 - 2.47 billion and 4.32 billion, respectively.
