Petition to the Government of the Russian Federation regarding the optimization of the tariff setting for pellet transportation

RPU applied to the government of the Russian Federation with a letter of optimization of the tariff setting of pellet transportation.
The letter was sent on 23.03.20201 to the Deputy of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Abramchenko V.V.
In February 2021 the Union applied to the Russian Railways with an offer to optimize the tariffs of pellet transportation. The absence of any practical solution of the issue from the Russian Railways makes a negative impact on the industry and building of the production facilities becomes economically unprofitable. We hope to get assistance of the government to keep the major part of the forestry industry sustainable.
