On October 11, 2021, by Order of JSC Russian Railways No. 2185r, the Self-Regulatory Organization Association Russian Pellet Union, was included in the Working Group of JSC Russian Railways "Development of Solid Biofuel (Pellet) Transportation".
Participation in the working group of Russian Railways is a direct dialogue between the Russian pellet industry and representatives of the natural monopoly!
It's no secret that a significant part in the price structure of Russian fuel pellets is made up of the cost of rail transportation, and one of the main tasks of the Union is the development and implementation of a mechanism for optimizing the cost of rail transportation. Participation in the working group of Russian Railways is a tool that will allow the Union to influence decision-making on this important issue.
