About consideration of the appeal

The Center for Corporate Transport Services has considered your request to optimize the tariff formation for the transportation of pellets, in this regard, I would like to inform you of the following.
Currently, JSC "RZD" received numerous complaints from shippers and public organizations on the issue of tariff reduction on shipping "the Briquettes and wood pellets (pellets) from waste wood" (code etsng – 111025).
The solution to this problem requires an objective approach and compliance with the economic interests of all stakeholders with the obligatory observance of the transport and of the Antimonopoly legislation of the Russian Federation. In this regard, JSC "Russian Railways" considers various approaches to the mutually beneficial settlement of the current situation, including the tariff nature.
Taking into account the above, information about the decision taken by Russian Railways will be communicated to users of railway transport services additionally.
